The firm is founded by Navin Agarwal, Vice Chairman of Vedanta, alongside Naivedya and Annanya Agarwal. Navin Agarwal has been instrumental in transforming Vedanta into a global leader, in critical minerals, transition metals, energy, and technology, with operations spanning India and other parts of the globe, generating revenues exceeding USD 20 billion.
Naivedya and Annanya Agarwal were instrumental in establishing Runaya, a leading sustainable manufacturing company that has redefined waste management in India’s manufacturing sector. Naivedya currently serves as Managing Director at the firm, driving its growth in line with its principles of circular economy and innovation, while Annanya has expanded into newer investment areas in the F&B space, most recently investing in the QSR brand Croffle Guys.

Dr. Gaurav Shukla
Deputy CEO
Over his career, Dr. Shukla has led high-impact industrial R&D, greenfield manufacturing projects, and strategic business creation, driving initiatives from concept through scale-up and commercialization. He has held senior leadership roles with eminent industrial groups including Kalyani Group, Baldota Group, Delta Magnets, and Crompton Greaves, where he has spearheaded large-scale programs, partnerships, and ecosystem development.
As former Chairman and Managing Director of Indian Rare Earths (India) Limited, Dr. Singh played a pivotal role in transforming the organization into a profitable public sector enterprise. He was instrumental in establishing India’s indigenous capabilities in rare earth metals and magnet manufacturing, and setting up key technology development and recycling facilities. Beyond operational leadership, he has made significant contributions to India’s national rare earth strategy and to building global partnerships in the critical minerals ecosystem.
Navin Agarwal
Under his leadership, the group has undergone a major transformation in India and across the globe through decisive strategy, large-scale projects, and high-impact acquisitions.
He has built strong leadership pipelines, fostered a culture of operational excellence, and upheld the highest standards of corporate governance. His influence on Indian industry was recognised with the Industrialist of the Year award by the Bombay Management Association in 2018.
Naivedya Agarwal
An entrepreneur at heart, Naivedya Agarwal is the Managing Director of Runaya, a leading name in the sustainable manufacturing sector. He champions innovation, disciplined execution, and inclusive growth, embedding equal opportunity as a foundational workplace principle. He has completed his MBA from London Business School with his global outlook being shaped by experience at leading institutions including Boston Consulting Group and J.P. Morgan.

He spent over two decades with Vedanta, leading major operations. He successfully led businesses across steel, pig iron, coke, DI pipes, and power, with disciplined execution. An Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Finance, he brings deep expertise in operational excellence, safety, and cost management.
Sachidanand Mavinkurve
Sachidanand is a seasoned industry leader with over 30 years of experience across EV ecosystem spanning operations, research, development, and strategic sourcing. He brings deep expertise in Lithium-ion, and other advanced cell technologies, supporting applications across electric vehicles, energy storage, and telecom sectors.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Exide Industries and Okaya Power where he has driven manufacturing excellence, led process and sourcing transformations. Additionally, he led a Lithium-ion manufacturing joint venture with Kinetic Green as CEO.
